PLANS - Urgent Pass is NOT an insurance plan, it is a cost-effective way to get urgent care services for a low monthly fee. Urgent Pass grants access to walk-in services up to 3 times per month which includes:
· Office visit
· In-House lab
· Prescription (if necessary) - Urgent Pass Membership costs $99 per month, a minimum of 3 months
subscription required. - After 6 months of continuous membership, entitled for an annual physical exam with essential lab tests (CBC, CMP, TSH, Lipid panel) at no extra cost. Prevention is a key to your well-being.
