Very clean friendly courteous and professional staff! They accept most insurance and self pay. I had some questions regarding my health care and concerns I had with being new to Rosenberg. I recently moved and was worried that I would lose my coverage for my primary health care provider. They were able to explain very clearly and guide me to getting the proper care I needed . Overall I would say keep up the great work 👍🏼
Shelby Holloway2023-10-06I hurt my foot/ankle and needed xrays to see if I broke my foot. We called ahead and they contacted my insurance to get me a complete quote before we even got there. Everything was beautiful, clean and very aesthetic. Both people were extremely nice and had amazing bed side manner. The X-rays went well and I had great after care instruction. Would 100% come back if necessary!
ganesh chauhan2023-09-29I was having hearing issues and pressure in my ears and couldn’t get an ENT appointment. I visited SRM Urgent Care today as a walk-in patient, where Dr. Shah used a special camera to show me that I had too much wax buildup in my ears. She was very kind and professional throughout my visit. She and her nurse were able to clean my ears without any discomfort and my hearing improved right away. *I highly recommend SRM Urgent Care to everyone .*

Leina Rangel2023-08-18Urgent care is very fast and clean. I went in for a terrible migraine and the Dr listened to all of my symptoms and did an exam to make sure it was nothing else. She was also very thorough and explained everything to me to made sure I understood what I needed to do to feel better. I 100% recommend this urgent care facility!
Lynz Smith2023-08-18I came for a stray cat bite, and was seen immediately! The doctor took time to listen to me & examine my wound, and allayed my fears of infection as I'm immunocompromised. They sent me home with antibiotics and it healed great! Also, the ladies at the desk were so kind and thoughtful! They helped me with my paperwork regarding my insurance coverage and made it simple as possible! Will definitely go back if I need urgent care again!
Kim Montes2023-07-01I was happy to find this new urgent care office nearby and very pleased with the visit. SRM stands for speedy, reliable and mindful and the practice lives up to its name. The office is clean and cheerful and the check in process is smooth. The nurse at the front desk is pleasant and helpful, and handles both intake and vitals. Dr. Shah is exceptional! She is kind and experienced, and takes time to explain and answer questions. Being treated at this facility was very different than experiences I had in the past with other urgent care practices. Highly recommended.

My little one needed to get swabbed and he normally does not let anyone get inside his mouth/nose but this time it was very fast & easy! The nurse did a great job! The provider was very nice and explained everything very well! Definitely will be visiting them again!
